इस्लाम और औरत को पीटने का अधिकार APRIL 15, 2016 RISHWA ARYA LEAVE A COMMENT इस्लाम के मानने वाले औरतों के बारे में  सम्मानजनक सोच और उसके सिलसिले में अधिकारों की कल्पना को  इस्लाम की देन बताते हैं. और इस बात का दंभ भरते हैं कि इस्लाम ने औरत को अपमान की गहरी खाई से निकाल कर सम्मान की बुलंदी पर पहुँचा दिया लेकिन इस्लामी किताबें और इतिहास इसके विपरीत ही कुछ प्रदर्शित करता है. औरतों के प्रति इस्लामी गलियारों में जो कुछ जुल्म होते हैं उनमें से एक पर यहाँ विचार करेगें और इस्लाम के जानने वालों से इस बारे में अपेक्षा रखेंगे की वो इस पर प्रकाश डालें कि क्या ऐसी मान्यतायें जो कुरान, जिसे मुसलमान आसमानी किताब का दर्ज़ा देते हैं, आदि से पुष्ट होती हैं को वो आज भी मानते हैं ? कुरान सूरा निसा आयत ३४ ( ४ -३४)( मौलाना सैयद  अबुल आला मौदूदी) मर्द औरतों के मामलों के जिम्मेदार हैं इस आधार पर कि अल्लाह ने उनमें से एक को दूसरे के मुकाबले आगे रखा है और इस आधार पर कि पुरुष अपने माल खर्च करते हैं अतः जो भली औरतें हैं वे आज्ञाकारी होती हैं और मर्दों के पीछे अल्लाह की रक्षा और संरक्षण में उनके अधिकारों की रक्षा करती हैं और जिन औरतों से तुम्हें सरकशी का भय हो उन्हें समझाओं , सोने की जगहों (ख्वाह्गाहों ) में उनसे अलग रहो और मारो फिर अगर वे तुम्हारी बात मानने लगें तो अकारण उनपर हाथ चलाने के लिए बहाने तलाश न करो यकीन रखो कि ऊपर अल्लाह मौजूद है जो बढ़ा सर्वोच्च है . तर्जुमा : मौलाना सैयद  अबुल आला मौदूदी, पृष्ट १३०-१३१ , संस्करण दिसम्बर २०१३ ई कुरान सूरा निसा आयत ३४ ( ४ -३४)( अल्लामा शब्बीर अहमद उस्मानी ) Men are made lord over women for that Allah gave greatness to one over the other and for that they expended of their wealth, then those women who are virtuous they are obedient and guard at back with God’s guarding and those women you fear their misconduct admonish them and sleep away from their couches and beat them, if then they obey you, look not for any way of blame against them surely god is the highest of all, the great कुरान सूरा निसा आयत ३४ ( ४ -३४)( अत्यातुल्लाह आघा ) Men have authority over women on account of the qualities with which God hath caused the one of them to excel the other and for what they spend of their property therefore the righteous women are obedient guarding the unseen that which God hath guarded and as to those whose perverseness ye fear admonish them and avoid them in beds and beat them and if  they obey you them seek not a way against them verily God is ever high ever great. The Holy Quran – Page – 383 कुरान की इस आयत के अलग अलग तर्जुमे उसी बात को दोहरा रहे हैं कि पुरुष का स्त्री के ऊपर अधिकार है और पुरुष की बात न मानने के कारण पुरुष स्त्री को पीटने उसे प्रताड़ित करने का अधिकार रखता है.   अत्यातुल्लाह आघा साहब अपनी तफसीर में लिखते हैं: The remedy  prescribed against any such disobedience on the part of the wife is pointed out three fold. In the first stage she is to be admonished and if she desists the evil is mended, but f she persists in the wrong course the second stage is her bed to be separated If the woman still persists then the third stage is to chastise her. The Holy Quran – Page – 374 भावार्थ यह है कि पति के पास पत्नी के बात न मानने की स्तिथी में तीन विकल्प में पहले उसे समझाया जाये, उससे बिस्तर अलग कर लिया जाये और तीसरी विकल्प में उसे पीटा जाये अल्लामा शब्बीर अहमद उस्मानी अपनी तफसीर में लिखते हैं: If she is not redeemed then the third stage is beating. This is the last stage. Beating should not be serious short of bone fracture. Every fault has its own degree. Beating should not be taken up at first stage. there are three stages of amelioration. beating is the last remedy Beating should not be undertaken on small faults. If there is any big fault on the part of woman then there is no sin or fault in beating but that too in the final stage. The beating should not be so serious that the bone is fractured not the blow should be so hard that it may smite a wound leaving a scar after healing. The Nobel Quran, Vol-1 Page -335 भावार्थ यह है कि पत्नी यदि समझाने के बाद न माने तो तीसरा तरीका उसे पीटना है . पीटना ऐसा नहीं हो की हड्डियाँ टूट जाएँ . मौलाना साहब कहते हैं कि पीटना अंतिम तरीका है और छोटे अपराध पर नहीं होना चाहिए  लेकिन यदि अपराध बड़ा है तो पीटने में कोई पाप नहीं है . हाँ मौलाना साहब इतनी छुट देते हैं की पीटना ऐसा न हो की हड्डियाँ टूट जाएँ या फिर घाव बन जाये जो बाद में निशान छोड़ दे. मौलाना सैयद  अबुल आला मौदूदी अपनी तफसीर में लिखते हैं: This does not mean that a man should resort to these three measures all at once but that they may be employed if wife adopts an attitude of obstinate defiance. so far as the actual application of these measures is concerned, there should, naturally be some correspondence between the fault and the punishment that is administered. Moreover it is obvious that wherever a light touch can prove effective one should not resort to sterner measures. Towards understanding the Quran b Sayyid Abul Ala Maududi. Vol 2, Page 36 भावार्थ यह है कि तीनों कम एक साथ कर डाले जाएँ यह अर्थ नहीं है बल्कि अर्थ यह है की सरकशी की हालत में इन तीनों उपायों को अपनाया जा सकता है . अब रहा इनको व्यव्हार में लाना तो हर हाल में इसमें अपराध और सजा के बीच अनुकूलता होनी चाहिए और हलके उपाय से बात बन सकती हो वहां कड़े उपाय से काम न लेना चाहिए. तीनों तफसीरों को देखने से साफ़ जाहिर होता है कि कुरान स्त्रियों को पीटने की आज्ञा देती है . अलग अलग कुरान के व्याख्याकारों की भाषा देखकर ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि इस आयत की व्याख्या में स्त्रियों को पीटने के मुद्दे को स्पष्ट करने में दिक्कतों को सामना किया होगा. व्याख्याकारों ने पिटाई के अलग अलग स्तर बना दिए की पिटाई ऐसी न हो की हड्डियाँ टूट जाएँ पिटाई ऐसी न हो की घाव भरने पर निशान रह जाये . लेकिन कोई भी भाष्यकार ये हिम्मत न कर सका की पिटाई करना गलत है . आखिरकार कुरान की आयत जो कह रही है लेकिन उनकी व्याख्या की भाषा से यह प्रदर्शित हो रहा है की पिटाई करना वो गलत मानते हैं लेकिन शायद कुरान की आयत में लिखा होने की वजह से खुल कर न लिख सके और यही कहते रहे की पिटाई ऐसी न हो कि हड्डियाँ तोड़ दे .

A group of over 100 students returned to Delhi from Lakhanpur

A group of over 100 students returned to Delhi from Lakhanpur after abandoning their Tiranga Yatra to NIT-Srinagar half way.

Over 100 youth from different parts of the country led by Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga of Bhagat Singh Kranti Dal returned to Delhi from Lakhanpur after abandoning their Tiranga Yatra to NIT-Srinagar half way on Sunday morning.

On way to Srinagar for unfurling national tri colour at NIT there and to express their solidarity with non-Kashmiri students there, the youth comprising students of IT, engineering, architect and other courses had begun their journey under the banner of newly formed Group of Citizens from Delhi’s Gurdwara Rakabgunj on Saturday.

However, they were stopped at Lakhanpur, the gateway to Jammu and Kashmir, around midnight soon after they entered the state from Madhopur in neighbouring Punjab in a bus and one Tata Suma.
